The Flood Warning continues for
the Charles River at Dover.
* At 11:15 am Wednesday the stage was 7.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 5.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will remain steady near 7.6 feet this
afternoon then begin falling. The river level is forecast to
remain above flood stage through at least Friday.
* Impact... at 8.0 feet... flooding will continue to impact portions
of Dover... Medfield... Millis... Medway... South Natick... Needham and
Wellesley.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Neponset river at Norwood.
* At 10:15 am Wednesday the stage was 9.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage
this evening.
* Impact... at 9.0 feet... minor lowland flooding continues along
the Neponset river in Norwood.

river levels are now falling... a few are still rising. The Taunton
river at Bridgewater was at major flood and still slowly rising.
The Ipswich river at Ipswich was just shy of major flood and still
slowly rising.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported.
Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected.
However... all interested parties should take necessary precautions
immediately.

water covers the roadway. Flood waters are usually deeper than they
